Each order is processed within 2–3 business days before shipping. Local orders within the Western New York area typically arrive within 1–3 business days after processing.

We currently ship throughout the U.S.

Do you offer local pickup or delivery?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Please email a photo and your order number to thebluecloudshop@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a store credit when applicable.
